Each card is bespoke and printed just for you. Please allow a printing lead time of 24-72 hours for us to create your card before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. We offer several delivery services, including next-day delivery, so you can choose the speed that suits you best. The total time will be the 72-hour maximum print time plus your chosen delivery time.

Yes, absolutely! During checkout, you can choose between "Send to me" or "Send to them." If you select "Send to them," we will print the recipient's address on the envelope and mail it directly. If you choose "Send to me," you will receive the card with a blank envelope, ready for you to address and send yourself.

Yes, you can. Our website allows you to create multiple cards for different people and assign a unique shipping address to each one, all within a single order. Please note that shipping fees will apply to each individual address. You can also select a different delivery method for each recipient, such as standard for one and speedy delivery for another.

You can cancel your order for a full refund by emailing us at hello@cardmakey.com with your order number. Please do this as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, because every card is bespoke, once it has entered our print queue, we are unable to edit or stop the order.

When you are logged into your account, you can visit your profile page to see your complete order history and the status of current orders. We will also keep you updated via email, sending you tracking information once your card is being printed and again when it has been shipped.

All our cards are square, measuring 5x5 inches (12.5x12.5cm). They are printed on a luxurious, fine art quality 324gsm card stock for a premium feel. If you choose the "Send to me" option, an envelope will be included.

Yes, you can order a single design in packs of 1, 10, 20, 50, or 100. The cost per card decreases as the quantity increases, offering great value for larger orders.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

As every card is personalised and printed to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons of unwanted design. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your card arrives damaged, or if you are unhappy with the print quality, please contact us immediately at hello@cardmakey.com. We will be happy to arrange a refund or a free replacement for any faulty items.
