To ensure everyone has a great experience, we require all users to adhere to this Content & Usage Policy when creating designs on our platform.

By creating an account and using our service, you agree not to use our AI generation tools to produce content that is, or includes any material which:

1. Infringes on Intellectual Property

You are responsible for the prompts and "tags" you provide to our AI. You must ensure your requests do not instruct the AI to create content that infringes on the rights of others. This includes:

• Copyrighted Material: Do not instruct the AI to create images or text that directly copy or mimic copyrighted material. This includes describing specific characters (e.g., from films or cartoons), artwork, song lyrics, or passages from books that you do not have the right to use.
• Trademarks: Do not instruct the AI to generate trademarks, logos, or brand names that belong to another person or entity.

2. Is Harmful, Hateful, or Offensive

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for content that is harmful or malicious. This includes content that:

• Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual-orientation, disability, or age.
• Is pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit.
• Is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or intended to cause alarm, distress, or embarrassment to any person.

3. Violates Privacy or Impersonates Others

Respecting personal privacy is paramount. You may not create content that:

• Includes personally identifying information about another person (such as their full address, phone number, or private email address) without their express written consent.
• Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with them.
• Gives the false impression that the content originates from or is endorsed by Card Makey.

4. Promotes Illegal Acts or Is Unlawful

Our platform may not be used to create content that contravenes any applicable law or regulation. This includes any content that:

• Advocates, promotes, or assists in any unlawful act.
• Is false, misleading, or constitutes fraud.

5. Relates to Responsible AI Usage

Our AI is a powerful tool, and it must be used responsibly. The rules above apply to the text prompts and "tags" you enter and the final images the AI generates. Additionally, you are prohibited from:

• Attempting to bypass our AI safety filters with deceptive prompts or instructions.
• Generating images that are intentionally biased, promote harmful stereotypes, or are designed to misinform.
• Creating realistic images of any private individual without their consent, or creating images of public figures in a defamatory, malicious, or misleading context.

Our Right to Enforce This Policy

Card Makey reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to review any user-generated content. We may refuse to print, and may delete, any design that we believe violates the letter or spirit of this policy.

Please note that our printing of a card does not indicate our approval or endorsement of its content. A violation of this Usage Policy may result in the cancellation of your order and/or the suspension or termination of your account.
